Heritage Brands – In Essence
This project, undertaken during a COVID lockdown, was a special opportunity to craft premium-quality yet affordable and sustainable packaging for In Essence’s Christmas gifting range—an exciting new venture for the brand.
Given complete creative freedom, I developed the concept and finished artwork, drawing inspiration from the vapour produced by the Heritage Brand/In Essence diffusers. The design featured a symbolic and elegant copper foil pattern, capturing the essence of calm and beauty associated with the brand’s products. It was also a play on the light cast by the star of Bethlehem, but subtle enough to remain inclusive.
The packaging not only stood out in-store but also became a key visual for global digital media campaigns, making a bold statement while aligning with the brand’s sustainability goals.
