Nespresso Vertuo

Nespresso, Melbourne Emporium
A project close to my heart, this was the first execution designed locally in Australia rather than following a global creative direction due to last minute requirements for the launch of the Melbourne Emporium store.

The brief centred on promoting the Nespresso Vurtuo machine—the first Nespresso model to feature milk integration, enabling the creation of any coffee style. To highlight this innovation and showcase the new larger capsule shape, I designed a giant coffee chart for the store window comprised of suspended capsules mounted on clear acrylic.

The installation used three capsule colours to represent the ratio of coffee, foam, and milk required for each coffee type, from Piccolo to Cappuccino. This visually striking display functioned as both an educational tool and a captivating piece of art, with the mission to blend design and storytelling.

I managed all aspects of the project, including the concept design and direction, production drawings, promotional video and installation.
